Descriere
Glencadam s-a deschis pentru prima data in anul 1825, in orasul antic Brechin. Acesta a fost anul in care s-au infiintat primele omnibuze trase de cai la Londra, s-a deschis prima cale ferata moderna din lume si Londra devenea cel mai mare oras din lume, surclasand Beijingul. Glencadam este in prezent singura distilerie din Angus, o zona a regiunii Highland sin Scotia. Numele de Glencadam vine de la The Tenements of Chaldame, acestea au fost terenuri date burgilor din Berchin pentru productia de alimente, fiind situate la nord si sud de Den Burn, unde se afla distileria.Glencadam 10 ani un whisky highland, castigator de multe premii, este un exemplu de secole de maiestrie si traditie, avand un malt destul de delicat cu o aroma pura si echilibrata.
