Descriere
Distileria originala Clynelish a fost construita in 1819, adiacenta actualei distilerii Clynelsih, care a fost construita in 1967. Cand Clynelish a inceput sa distileze, in anii 1820-1822 au produs aprox 55 000 de litri de whisky de-a lungul celor 2 ani. Cu toate acestea tot mai mult din whisky-ul Clynelish, prin anii 1960, intra in blend-uri. Clynelish are o legatura puternica cu whisky-ul blend de la Johnnie Walker, timp de mai mult ani, deoarece aproximativ 90% din whisky-ul Clynelish este utilizat in Johnnie Walker, si cel mai frecvent in sortimentul Gold Label de la acesta.Clynelish 14 ani este succesorul lui Brora acum mai tacut, produs cu un indiciu de fum, bogat si de cea mai buna calitate. Acest single malt este una dintre cele mai bune imbutelieri proprii la nivel de incepatori, disponibile de la orice distilerie. Este un single malt de coasta cu note puternice de turba, expresia emblematica de la Clynelish si avand un profil fabulors de aroma ummplut cu notele sale ceroase distinctive. Un single malt highland bine rotunjit, desi acesta este mai putin afumat decat imbutelierea Brora de altadata.Miros: Buchetul aromatic al acestui single malt se invarte in jurul citricelor si al fumuluiGust: Gustul este unul usor si clar cu note de portocale, stejar uscat, frucet mixte si vanilieFinish: Finish-ul este unul lung cu note de stejar si fum
