Descriere
Prima mentiune inregistrata despre distileria Bowmore, dateaza din anul 1779, cand se vorbea cu drag despre cativa dintre distilatorii mai vechi ai insulei. Fondatorul lui Bowmore, comerciantul David Simson a cumparat terenul in anul 1766. Cand vine vorba despre mostenirea whisky-ului, distileria Bowmore este de neegalat, continuand sa transmita traditiile, abilitatile si expertiza urmasilor, exact asa cum au fost elaborate in primele zile ale whisky-ului din Islay.Bowmore Small Batch Bourbon Cask este maturat in butoaiele din prima si a doua umplere a acestora cu bourbon, rezultand un whisky dulce-picant si usor afumat. Acest whisky este un exemplu mai usor de la Bowmore si este un punct de plecare in calatoria gusturilor whisky-urilor din regiunea Islay.Miros: Aromele florale si notele de ceara de lumanare se imbina cu notele de fructe tropicala, turba usoara si un indiciu de mireasma de ace de pin.Gust: Gustul acestui single malt se invarte in jurul aromelor de vanilie cu note de aer de mare si fum de turba echilibrat de notele usore de scortisoaraFinish: Are un finish lung si moale cu note de fum si vanilie usoara
