Descriere
Povestea distileriei Knockdhu, unde se produce single malt-ul anCnoc, incepe cu un om cu viziune si cu ochi pentru o investitie buna. In 1892, John Morrison a cumparat mosia Knock. Terenul inconjurator era plin de truba si orz iar calea ferata era in apropriere si atunci cand au fost gasite izvoare de apa pura si limpede, John a vazut o ocazie de aur. Au fost trimise probe de apa pentru analiza si au fost demarate negocieri cu The Distillers Company din Edinburgh pentru construirea unei distilerii. Distileria si-a deschis portile in anul 1894, iar pe atunci era privita ca intruchiparea perfecta a distileriei moderne.Single malt-ul AnCnoc 12 ani este cunoscut in intreaga lume drept un must-have in orice colectie de bauturi de whisky, fiind un single malt usor si totusi complex in acelasi timp.
