Istoria spune ca cele doua armate s-au intalnit pe campurile Clontarf, in apropierea orasului Dublin si ca batalia a durat toata ziua pe campurile si prin padurile din zona, pana cand in cele din urma cu mai multi lideri morti de partea vikingilor acestia au strans randurile si s-au intors pe corabiile lor si au plecat invinsi.Clontarf Classic Blend este un whisky irlandez moale si neted, excelent pentru amestecarea sau servirea cu gheata.
