The Famous Grouse este un blended scotch whisky a carui poveste incepe in anul 1896 intr-un shop de pe strada Atholl din Perth in Scotia unde Matthew Gloag a facut primul amestec al faimosului grouse si de unde acesta si-a luat zborul spre zilele noastre. Chiar daca Matthew Gloag nu si-a scris numele pe sticla, fiica acestuia Filipa, a pictat primul grouse de pe eticheta sticlei, acesta ramanand simbolul whisky-ului The Famouse Grouse pana in zilele noastre.The Famouse Grouse Bourbon Cask face parte din “Cask Series” un amestec de whisky imbatranit in cea mai mare parte a timpului in butoaie de stejar american inclusiv butoaie de bourbon. Acesta este un blend delicios de fin cu un strat de dulceata de vanilie si caramel. Sotimentul combina perfect experienta Master of Wood si a Master Blender-ului The Famous Grouse pentru a crea un echilibru perfect intre netezime si dulceata.Miros: Mirosul acestui blended scotch whisky este usor parfumat cu note de caramel si urme usoare de miereGust: Gustul are usoare note de inghetata de vanilie cu nuca de cocos prajita si coaja de citriceFinish: Finisajul acestui blended scotch whisky este dulce cu note de stejar moale
