Descriere
Talisker i-a nastere prin anul 1830, atunci cand fratii MacAskills construieste distileria Talisker la Carbost, pe malul Loch Harport, in ciuda opozitie localnicilor si clerului local. Prin 1898 Allan decide sa fuzioneze cu Thomas MacKenzie pentru a forma Diluaine-Talisker Distillery Co. Ltd cu toate ca pana atunci Talisker devenise deja unul dintre cele mai vandute single malt-uri din tara.Talisker Skye este un omagiu adus insulei cu acelasi nume Skye, care este renumita pentru peisajul sau bogat si variat, de la tarmurile sale moi si senine pana la varfurile intunecate si zimtate ale muntilor Cuillin, iar Talisker Skye este oda distileriei pentru aceste contraste atragatoare, cu o dulceata afumata cu note marine si o nota picanta.Miros: Mirosul este o combinatie de arome dulci de portocale cu mango si alege marine cu lemn si sareGust: Gustul acestui single malt este moale si dulce la inceput dupa care se contureaza notele de fum si condimenteFinish: Finish-ul este unul uscat de lungime medie cu note de turba arsaPachetul cadou contine o sticla de 0.7L de Talisker Skye si doua pahare cadou, cu logo-ul Talisker inscriptionat pe ele.
