Fondatorul distileriei, Conor McGregor si echipa sa au cautat un loc si oameni care sa impartaseasca aceiasi pasiune pentru Irlanda si pentru whiskey-ul sau. Ei au gasit acest lucru la cea mai veche distilerie de whiskey de pe inslua Irlandei si impreuna cu maestrul distiler acestia au creat un amestec unic si special. Trecut prin multe incercari si erori, acestia au lucrat impreuna pentru a crea un blend din boabe irlandeze dulci si irish single malt whiskey, rezultatul fiind un whiskey echilibrat neted, cu indicii de vanilie, dulceata asemanatoare mierii si lemn prajit.Proper No. Twelve Triple Distilled Irish Whiskey este un blend ultra neted din single malt-uri si whiskey-uri grain irlandeze cu note de vanilie, miere si lemn prajit. Cel mai fin orz este uscat si germinat pentru a putea fi folosit la producerea acestui whiskey. Dupa macinarea orzului urmeaza procesul de fermentare naturala. Metoada traditionala de tripla distilare foloseste alambicuri de cupru care creaza si ajusteaza caracterul potrivit. Urmeaza maturarea care se face in butoaie de stejar de bourbon unde se dezvolta aromele de vanilie, miere si lemn prajit.Miros: Buchetul acestui whiskey irlandez se remarc prin notele de vanilie, orz floral si o nota de lemn de santalGust: Gustul este unul de fructe si miere cu note de piperFinish: Finish-ul se remarca prin notele de stejar si caramel
