Descriere
Bombay este un gin obtinut pastrand traditia si inspiratia provenind de la o reteta care dateaza din 1761. Inovatie si inspiratie intruchipate intr-un gin care a devenit rapid cel mai indragit sortiment modern. Maestru in botanica Ivano Tonutti, spune ca atentia absoluta asupra detallilor “mentine standardele de ingrijire a ginului”. Atent selectionate, cele zece botanice pretioase sunt alese special pentru a aduce ceva special ginulul. Bombay este un gin creat prin mdetode complexe din cele mai bune ingrediente crude posibile folosind pana la 12 cosuri de cupru perforate cu botanice suspendate deasupra lui in timpul distilarii, astfel ginul fiind infuzat cu arome bogate eliberate de acestea. Bombay, un gin cu o personalitate unica si un gost complex si tentant. Bombay Sapphire East este creat ca un omagiu adus Orientului Indepartat, unde Maestru de Botanica Ivano Tonutti si-a petrecut cea mai mare parte din timp infuzand botanicele exotice. Acest sortiment este o extensie a retetei originale la care se mai adauga un plus, lamaie si boabe de piper negru vietnameze. Aceasta editie a fost lansata in anul 2011.Miros: Arome condimentate completate cu note de citrice si accente moi de ienupar.Gust: Incepe cu note de citrice completate cu o dulceata de nuca, migdale si coaja de cassia la care se adauga botanice. Finis: Echilibrat si complex.
